Terms and Conditions


Using this website to pre-order goods is subject to the following terms and conditions.  Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before using this website.

My acceptance of your pre-order constitutes as a legally binding contract between us on these terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

How to make a pre-order on this site

In order to pre-order on this site you must first have an account set up and must be logged in.  To set up an account please fill in the necessary form and submit it – all accounts will need to be authorized.

Once logged in please browse all categories and add items to your cart – you will need to put a tick in the pre-order box otherwise you will not be able to proceed to add these item’s to your cart.  Upon completion of your pre-order please send it via the check out system.  PLEASE NOTE THAT AT NO POINT WILL YOU BE ASKED FOR PAYMENT.

 You will then receive an automatic email order confirmation in acceptance of your pre-order.  I will advise you as soon as possible at this point of any items which may not be available.  I will contact you either by email or a phone call.   This is to ensure you are fully aware of the status of your order and delivery information.  Please be aware at this point the purchase contract will be made and I will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and the following Terms and Conditions.

Product availability

All products are subject to availability, if your order cannot be fulfilled you will be contacted.

Price and Payment

All available items delivered must be paid for at the time of delivery.

The price payable for the goods ordered is as set out on our web site at the time you place your pre-order (also in per your order confirmation email) .  If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and be given the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.   If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

Prices and delivery charges are subject to change without notice.

 All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the current rate.

Goods remain the property of Apollo Flowers until paid for in full.  I can at any time enter your premises to collect goods which have not been paid for.

Delivery Information

Please read delivery information which will form part of my terms and conditions.

As soon as the goods are delivered to you, they become your responsibility.  I will deliver to the address on the order.  From the time of receipt of delivery, any loss or damage to the goods will be your responsibility.   Any transit damage, shortages or wrong goods supplied, must be noted on the delivery/consignment note at the time of delivery.

Damaged, or faulty goods, must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery date (commencing date of delivery).  In cases of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the product (together with any packaging) and I will then arrange for the item to be exchanged or offer a full refund (if the goods have been paid for).  This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.   Any damaged goods will be collected so please do not dispose of them – please ensure that they are safe and suitably wrapped to avoid any unnecessary accidents to yourself or staff.  I am not liable for any accidents caused from damaged/faulty goods.


I will always endeavour to only show items on my website which are available or which will soon be arriving.  However, there will be times when some items which are unavailable for a period of time. This information will be show either in the description area or the item may be remove from view. However, please be aware that ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

All items including Christmas can be pre-ordered in advance.  At the time of ordering please advise me of your preferred delivery date.  In these circumstances, I will call you to book in the delivery at a convenient time to yourselves.  Payment at no time will be requested for this upfront as payment will be due on delivery.

Back orders

Any backorders will be notified to you either in an email or via a phone call conversation.  At this point you will have the choice to cancel them.

Description of Goods

Colour's are for guidance only.  Measurements quoted are approximate.  Any containers purchased are not sold as water tight (I cannot be responsible for any damaged caused by them).

Returns Policy

If you change your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about any item’s ordered and wish to return them, then in line with Distance Selling Regulations you can do so providing you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt.  Once you have informed me of your decision to return any item/items, you have 14 days in which to do so at your own expense.  Once the item is received, we will issue a full refund for the value of the goods returned as long as they have been paid for in full and are not damaged in any way.

Returns are governed by the following policies

Your return request must be received within 7 days of receipt of goods.  Unfortunately we cannot accept return requests made outside of this period.

We will only accept returned items if they are unused, in the condition that they were originally sent and in a resalable condition.  All original packaging must be included.

I cannot use any courier to collect goods.  You must arrange for the goods to be returned to me and ensure that you have adequate insurance to cover any goods lost in return.

A returns note must be included with the returned items.  This allows me to identify the parcels when they reach me.  A returns note will be issued by email, once your returns request has been accepted.

How to return items

If you have ordered your items online and wish to return them, you can do so by either emailing me or phone me for authorization.  This will appear in your account within 2 days – once approved.

 I have submitted a returns request, what now?

Once you have submitted your request.  I will review the request and either approve or disallow the request.  If your request is approved you will receive an email that contains your returns documentation, along with instructions for returning the item/items to me.
Please do not return items to us until you receive this email confirmation.

If you do not receive an email into your main inbox, please check your junk mail if it is still missing please contact me immediately.  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all goods are securely packed.  Once the goods have been received in a good, resalable condition and in its original packaging a credit note will be issued and at this point a refund will be made.

Security and Privacy Policy


I do not hold any payment details on file.

Apollo Flowers is committed to protecting your privacy.  I will only use the information that I collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 & subsequent revisions thereof).  I require the collect information about you for two reasons - to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.  I will give you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mail from us or from any other third party companies in the future.  The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, phone number and email address.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.  The information I hold will be accurate and up to date.  It is possible to obtain a copy of the information that I hold about you.  If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.  Should you require a copy of such information, please contact me.


I will endeavour to make every reasonable effort to make sure that the information on my website is correct – and will not be held responsible for any inaccuracy’s which may occur.  I am also not responsible for any viruses or bugs – I will however, do my best to ensure that this does not happen.  I will not be responsible and will accept no liability of any kind to anyone using my site for loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through my website.  The use of my site is completely at your discretion and at your own risk.

I will take all possible precautions to keep the details of your pre- order secure, however, I am not responsible or liable whatsoever for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to any information provided by you.


We may amend my terms and conditions policy from time to time. If any substantial changes are made in any way we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website  

It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions provided and accept the terms and conditions upon placing your pre-order.  You also agree to the terms and conditions by your continued use of the website.  I trade under the English Law and therefore any disputes are governed by English Law.

Cookie policy.

The personal information which I hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and English law.

I may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening (for example, using Internet Explorer select 'internet options' from the 'tools' menu, then click 'security', followed by 'custom level' and select 'disable cookies').
The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
Cookies are also used as a further means of ensuring private and secure purchase sessions are operated within the site.
Every time you connect to our website we store a log of your visit which shows the unique number your machine uses when it is connected to the internet (IP address). This tells me what you have looked at whether the page request was successful or not and which browser you use to view the pages. The use of this data is strictly for statistical purposes only. This helps me to understand which areas of the site are of particular interest and also which pages are not being requested. It also tells how many people are visiting the website in total.
